Notifications

Script Scanner can send notifications by Email and can also send notifications to a Slack channel of your choice.
Yes, you can add multiple notification addresses to Script Scanner, for both Email and Slack.

When you add each third party JavaScript file for monitoring, you can choose to add a primary and secondary notification address.
Login and then click on ‘Dashboard’ and choose ‘Common Scripts’ or ‘Individual Scripts’ depending on the file.

Click on the ‘Delete’ button for that file, and then confirm, to stop Script Scanner monitoring that third party JavaScript file any more.

Alternatively, click on the ‘Edit’ button for that file and change or delete the notification address, if you have multiple recipients receiving the notifications.

Subscriptions

Login and then click on ‘Your Account’ and ‘Subscriptions’. To the right of your active subscription is the ‘Update’ link to update your credit card details.
Login and then click on ‘Your Account’ and ‘Subscriptions’.

To the right of your active subscription is the ‘Change Plan’ link. Select your chosen new subscription plan to proceed. All new plans are prorated.
No, your subscription is monthly and auto-renewed every month. You can cancel your Script Scanner subscription at any time
Login and then click on ‘Your Account’ and ‘Subscriptions’.

To the right of your active subscription is the ‘Cancel’ link. Click on this link to cancel your Script Scanner subscription.
