No payment is taken when you start your free 14 day trial, or if you cancel during your 14 day free trial.
You can cancel your free trial at any time online, by logging in to Script Scanner, then clicking on ‘Your Account’ and then ‘Subscriptions’.
Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades and cancellations become effective at the end of your current billing period.
All card payments are securely processed by Stripe.
For customers outside of the United Kingdom, VAT will not be added to your subscription cost.
To the right of your active subscription is the ‘Change Plan’ link. Select your chosen new subscription plan to proceed. All new plans are prorated.
To the right of your active subscription is the ‘Cancel’ link. Click on this link to cancel your Script Scanner subscription.
The check intervals available, include every 8 hours, every 4 hours, every hour, every 30 minutes, every 20 minutes and every 10 minutes, depending on your chosen subscription plan.
Alternatively, click on the ‘Edit’ button for that file and change or delete the notification address, if you have multiple recipients receiving the notifications.
